Competitive 3-5 year contracts can make investing in buildings an expensive option with many operators opting to rent an existing building for the term they will use it
Investing capital in plant only to be fitted into a building rented for the duration of a contract may not be the best option.
We offer a fixed cost rental solution that can be tailored around your requirements. The fixed cost enables you to budget easily and know where your costs stand from the outset. You’ll not pay any more than the quoted rate (excludes damage)
We can work with you on designing the installation around dilapidation conditions and other constraints you may have to adhere to.
| Our contracts give you 24/7/52 use of the equipment if required without added cost. It’s “off balance sheet” and leaves valuable capital in the bank for more important core acquisitions etc
We are your “engineering department” you don’t need to have engineering staff. Our contracts include full support (excludes damage) we don’t turn up needing an order number before we start to help fix the problem.
As an overhead spend rental payments are fully off set against profits, “equipment provision with the tax mans money”
